Temple Street Eatery’s Co- Owners Alex Kuk and Diego Ng both come from year of experience in the industry. Starting with their degrees in Hospitality Management from FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Alex is 4th generation restaurateur, his great-grandfather started Wan’s Mandarin House over 50 years ago on SW 8th street in Miami. He has managed South Florida’s restaurants from RA Sushi, Houston’s, and Sushi Maki. In addition Alex has been an adjunct professor for FIU in Miami and China.

In 2014, Alex & Diego opened Temple Street Eatery to bring their culture and experiences to “Enlighten Your Palate” with homemade Asian comfort food.
