Temple Street Eatery’s Co- Owners Alex Kuk and Diego Ng both come from year of experience in the industry. Starting with their degrees in Hospitality Management from FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Diego has managed many of South Florida’s finest establishments from Blade Sushi at the Fontainbleau, Catch Miami, and Morimoto’s. His wealth of knowledge stems from his Venezuelan and Chinese background as well as his vast travels. Diego continues to contributes his time as a guest lecturer at the Chaplin School.

In 2014, Alex & Diego opened Temple Street Eatery to bring their culture and experiences to “Enlighten Your Palate” with homemade Asian comfort food.
