Ed Randolph is the founder and owner of Handsome Devil BBQ. The Handsome Devil brand has been a huge success since its inception in 2012. In a short amount of time, Ed and his wife, Noelle, have taken a startup company to multi state BBQ championship award winner.
In 2017, Handsome Devil LLC was recognized by the Food Network as Champions for Best BBQ at the NYC Wine and Food Festival. The Handsome Devil team was humbled to be acknowledged and featured alongside so many other great BBQ Pitmasters at the annual BBQ bash. Ed is also a Food Network CHOPPED champion as he was victorious on a ‘Grills on, Game on only’ episode. In 2020, the Randolph’s acquired, built and opened their Handsome Devil brick and mortar location and were recognized as the Best New Restaurant in the Hudson Valley for 2021.
Ed & Noelle Randolph have authored 2 Amazon Best Selling cookbooks; SMOKED and Showstopping BBQ with Your Traeger Grill. Mr. & Mrs. Randolph are residents of the Hudson Valley. They take great pride in showcasing what the community has to offer from the wood they use in their smokers to the products they carry in their restaurant. Their lives are based around family as their culinary backgrounds and interest in food both started like most, observing and learning in the kitchen from their grandmother and mothers.
