Winner of Sugar Rush Christmas on Netflix in 2019 (Season 1, Episode 1 – “Christmas Spirit)

Grew up in Ontario, Canada, loved baking with her Mom and sister, which brought her to her first Pastry Arts course in 2000.  Graduated and worked several bakeries and resorts throughout Ontario and made her way to Florida (as it’s been a dream of hers since the beginning to work somewhere with palm trees and the ocean…true story.)  Sabrina started in the Florida Keys at Cheeca Lodge and came to Fort Lauderdale in 2014, landing a job with her new family, The Riverside Hotel as their Pastry Chef.  Sabrina fell in love with the atmosphere and values of the company and will forever be grateful for this amazing opportunity! Her pastry team is ready to show them that we are here to share our passion with our community!  They will be transforming from the “pastry kitchen” inside the Riverside Hotel to the new go-to bakery in Broward, New River Café and Bakery.
